A man goes to jail on reckless driving charges after a traffic stop on the Toll Road in LaGrange County. A radar clocked the vehicle at 120 miles per hour…later, it would be 135. Kevin Fisher of Windsor, New York, was finally stopped by ISP troopers. He was taken to the LaGrange County Jail.
