Joshua Oaties of Defiance enters a no contest plea to two sexual abuse charges in a Defiance County courtroom. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and his bond was continued. Oaties is back in court on March, 14th. Two counts of rape will be dismissed at sentencing as part of the plea negotiations between prosecutors and Oaties’ attorney.
