House Bill 646 would establish the Data Center Study Commission, a 13-member group tasked with investigating the impacts of data centers. State Reps. Gary Click (R-Vickery) and Kellie Deeter (R-Norwalk) introduced the bill, saying they want to respond to rapid data center growth and increasing community concerns.
