An Ohio man was injured Saturday evening in a one-vehicle crash just west of Oakwood. 46 year old Scott Rhoades of Middle Point, was transported from the scene by air ambulance to Parkview Regional Hospital in Fort Wayne, where his condition was unknown. According to the Van Wert post of the Ohio Highway Patrol, at 11:17 p.m., on Ohio 637, north of Ohio 613, a car operated by Rhoades lost control and struck a ditch. Alcohol is suspected to be a factor and the crash remains under investigation.
