Ohio State Highway Patrol Investigates Fatal Crash Saturday.

The Toledo Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash that occurred on Saturday, November 16th, at approximately 7:45 P.M. The crash occurred on State Route 64 near mile post 7 in Swanton Township, Lucas County.
Heather G. Decair, age 27, of Monclova, Ohio was operating a vehicle westbound on State Route 64. The vehicle drove off the north side of the roadway and struck a tree.
Barbara A. Wegener, age 50, of Toledo, Ohio was seated in the front passenger seat. Kenneth J. Blake, age 53, of Holland, Ohio was seated in the left rear passenger seat.
All occupants were pronounced deceased on scene. Both Decair and Wegener were wearing their safety belts while Blake was not restrained. State Route 64 in the area of the crash was closed for
approximately five hours.
The crash remains under investigation.
