One Dead In 24 Car V Ped

A Napoleon construction worker dies on an area road. Officers say Michael Massucci of Waterville was eastbound on Highway 24 near mile marker 42…when Nathan Soto stepped out of his construction truck on the shoulder of the roadway. Witnesses told officers Massucci was changing lanes when he hit Soto, killing him at the scene. The investigation into the fatal accident continues.
