A woman is arraigned in a Defiance County courtroom for shooting her husband. Linda Osting pled not guilty to attempted aggravated murder and assault charges. A pretrial hearing is scheduled for March 1. The judge continued her $250,000 cash bond with a 10 percent allowance provision. Prosecutors say Osting shot her husband, Mitch Osting, in the stomach at their residence on Nagel Road . The maximum prison term, if convicted, is 14 years.
