After sitting vacant for years in Bryan, the old run down house at 426 N. Williams St. was bought, then knocked down by the Williams County Land Bank. Insiders say a community garden is going in. Bryan Planning Commissioners approved a variance, changing the lot’s zoning from R-2, Residential, to Agriculture. The Land Bank is set to lease the site to the non-profit, Williams County Community Garden Association.
