Residents in Melbern and Orchard Hills lost power Monday for a time after a single power line broke. The Bryan Fire Department extinguished the blaze, on County Road C at County Road 9. The county highway department deployed barricades to control traffic. 315 Toledo Edison customers lost power for about two and a half hours.
