Angola marine products maker, IMP Holdings is sold to Elkhart based Patrick Industries Incorporated. The acquisition was Patrick Industries third in the last two weeks, The deal is worth at least $18.5 million dollars. Officials say that the acquisition will allow for “more company growth and continue to meet costumers greater needs”.
