Patrol Investigating Hit-Skip Injury Crash on I-75.

The Bowling Green Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a three-vehicle crash that occurred in Middleton Township, Wood County. The crash occurred on Interstate 75 near milepost 185 at 3:12 p.m. Sunday afternoon.
The preliminary investigation revealed that a 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe was traveling north on Interstate 75 in the right lane behind a 2016 Toyota Prius. The Chevrolet Tahoe struck the Toyota Prius, causing it to strike a 2025 Ford Expedition, that had been traveling in the center lane. The Toyota Prius ran off the right side of the roadway, where it struck a ditch and a fence before coming to rest near a pond. The driver of the Chevrolet Tahoe fled the
scene after the collision had occurred.
The Toyota Prius was operated by 20 year old Henry Taylor, of Mount Pleasant, Michigan. Taylor sustained minor injuries and was treated on scene. The Ford Expedition was operated by 62 year old Marvin Johnson, of Redford,
Michigan. The passengers in the Ford Expedition were 56 year old Robin Johnson, of Redford, 60 year old Edward Goggans, of Southfield, Michigan, and 63 year old Rhonda Jones, of Southfield. All four occupants in the Ford Expedition were transported by EMS for treatment of minor injuries.

This crash remains under investigation.
