A man from Paulding is recovering today from a crash Wednesday morning. 25-year-old Rodney Osbun Jr., at last check was in “good” condition at Parkview Regional Hospital in Fort Wayne. According to the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office, Osbun was driving a Dodge 1500 on U.S. 127, north of Crane Township Road 224, when his truck struck the rear of a Mack truck stopped at the railroad crossing driven by Clint Porter of Paulding. Osbun was entrapped for a while, and was flown to the Fort Wayne hospital. He was cited for assured clear distance.
