Pedestrian Fatality Probed

The Ohio High­way Patrol still has filed no charges against a dri­ver involved in a fatal pedes­trian crash in Ful­ton County.

Inves­ti­gatos say they are still try­ing to fig­ure out exactly what hap­pend on the night of April 9th, when 30 year old Haylee Brandt was found dead in a yard after hav­ing been walk­ing her dog along a county road.

The 20-year-old dri­ver, Rebecca Yarberry, reported “knowl­edge of the crash,” to Swan­ton Police that evening, but she did not stop at the time and ren­der assis­tance.

Brandt was taken by Life Flight to Mercy St. Vincent’s where she died on April 11.
