Bryan Board of Public Affairs member, Bill Pepple announces he is resigning from the BPA, effective next week. Pepple, whose retirement as United Way of Williams County executive director also takes effect then, is moving away from Bryan, so he had to step down. The board asked that any city residents interested in serving the remaining two years of Pepple’s term to send a letter of interest and resume to Bryan Municipal Utilities.
