An attorney for a Putnam County teen who has been charged with the deaths of two Ottawa brothers has filed a motion to exclude media from covering the court hearing.
The court-appointed attorney for 17 year old Michael Fay filed a motion in Putnam County Juvenile Court to exclude media from covering a July 2 hearing which is set to determine if Fay will be tried as an adult.
A hearing on that motion has been scheduled for Thursday at 1:30 p.m..
Fay faces two counts of aggravated murder and a single count of grand theft of a motor vehicle. He is alleged to have caused the deaths of 17 year old Blake and 14 year old Blaine Romes last month.
Fay is currently being held at the Wood County Juvenile Detention Center in Bowling Green.
