Pioneer man charged with OVI

Williams County Sher­iffs deputies inves­ti­gated a week­end acci­dent. 31-year-old Con­rad Siebe­naler of Pio­neer was west­bound on US 20 just east of County Road 18 when he trav­eled off the right side of the road. His Chrysler hit a ditch and a mail­box. Siebe­naler was arrested and charged with oper­at­ing a vehi­cle under the influ­ence and fail­ure to con­trol. He was released on his own recognizance.
