Plain City man cited in crash

A 20-year-old Plain City man was cited for a crash where his vehi­cle hit a mail­box, a fence and util­ity pole on Sat­ur­day after­noon. Josef Brobst crashed on Ohio 613, north of Wash­ing­ton Town­ship Road 107.
