Central Local Schools wants a new middle and high school building, and residents will have the opportunity to decide in the spring primary election on March 15th. The construction project would total 2.13 mills for a 37-year bond and another .25 percent income tax for 23 years. The plan is to keep approximately 50,000 square feet of the existing school.
