Pleasant Lake Man Headed To Prison On Sex Charges

A Pleas­ant Lake man will spend the next eight years of a 12 year sen­tence in prison after he was sen­tenced on Mon­day in Steuben Cir­cuit Court. 46 year old Charles Grime pleaded guilty to a felony charge of Sex­ual Mis­con­duct with a Minor back in June. In exchange for the guilty plea, two other charges were dis­missed, includ­ing a sec­ond count of Sex­ual Mis­con­duct with a Minor. Grime will also have to reg­is­ter as a sex offender for the inci­dents involv­ing a teenage girl that took place dur­ing a one year period start­ing in July of 2012.
