A Pleasant Township man entered into a plea agreement on Monday in Steuben Superior Court. 25 year old Jeremiah Mathes was arrested in May on a charge related to methamphetamine. Mathes offered to plead guilty to a level 5 felony of manufacturing meth. Under terms of the plea agreement, two other charges would be dismissed and Mathes would spend four years in prison. Judge William Fee took the plea agreement under advisement and scheduled a sentencing hearing for November 2nd.
