A suspected drunk driver caused a crash on West High Street Friday in Defiance. Police identified him as 27-year-0ld Louis Wiggins IV. He’s now charged with OVI and failure to control after his vehicle hit a utility pole on West High Street and snapped it in two places. After hitting the pole, Wiggins vehicle kept going, went down an embankment onto the railroad track. Police say he walked away from the vehicle and was picked up by police. His two passengers were not seriously injured.
