Police in Bowling Green are investigating a complaint of a quick change artist

The Bryan, Ohio City Police Department say that Police in Bowling Green are investigating a complaint from one of their businesses of a quick change artist. City Police in Bryan say that “experience has taught us that the suspect will leave one town and head for another”. The “quick change” suspect is described as 35 -45 yrs old, heavy set, brown beard and wearing a ball cap. Authorities say that he is possibly driving a red Cadillac with a sunroof. No plate number is available, but the vehicle may have a temporary tag in the rear window.
