Powell Granted Delay

An Edgerton man, sentenced last month in a child pornography investigation…is granted a delay in the date he must report for incarceration. Jarrod Powell, 41, was sentenced Oct. 5 to four to six years in prison…after pleading guilty to four counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor. He was ordered to report to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio on Oct. 25…that’s when he requested a delay, due to his ongoing treatment for cancer. Powell is now ordered to report to jail by 9 a.m. on Dec. 10.
