POWER CREWS STRUGGLE TO GET THE LIGHTS BACK ON

Paulding-Putnam Elec­tric Coop­er­a­tive and Amer­i­can Elec­tric Power work­ers still out there on Mon­day try­ing to restore power to thou­sands of cus­tomers through­out the region.

As of just before noon Mon­day, some 1,837 AEP cus­tomers were still with­out power in Pauld­ing County fol­low­ing the week­end storms. There were 1,430 cus­tomers with­out power still in Put­nam County Mon­day.

Power com­pa­nies report that crews have been work­ing around the clock since the week­end weather blew through our area to restore power to everyone.
