PRC Clears Hurdle

County commissioners OK the Prevention, Retention and Contingency Plan. The proposal was brought forward by Williams County Job & Family Services Director, Fred Lord. He says the PRC Plan provides work supports and other services to help low-income parents overcome immediate barriers to employment.
