Pretrial hearing for Bryan man accused of hitting Amish cart rescheduled. 

The pretrial hearing for a Bryan man accused of hitting and running an Amish cart has been rescheduled.  The initial pre-trial meeting for Michael D. Quillen was originally planned for Monday in Williams County Common Pleas Court; however, it has been rescheduled until July 23 at 1 p.m.  A grand jury indicted Quillen on one count of driving under suspension, and three charges of failing to stop after a collision. Quillen is also accused of tampering with evidence, and possessing cocaine.
