Problem with Frontier Communications equipment affected 911

There were inter­mit­tent 911 out­ages through­out the county yes­ter­day morn­ing. Accord­ing to the Direc­tor of the Williams County EMA Dawn Bald­win, there was a prob­lem with a Fron­tier Com­mu­ni­ca­tions con­troller in New Paris, Indi­ana that affected sev­eral coun­ties from about 6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
