A Toledo man is sentenced 27 years to life in prison for murder and kidnapping. James Ramey pled guilty to the charges in a Fulton County courtroom, this in connection to the 2017 death of Amanda Mangas and the kidnapping of their son, Winston Ramey and stepmother, Deborah Mangas.
