Ramey Heads To Prison

The Toledo man, awaiting trial for killing his estranged girlfriend in Delta last year and kidnapping their child and her mother, pleads guilty and is sentenced to 27 years to life in prison. James Ramey faced a list of murder, firearms, assault and kidnapping charges.
