Ramey In Court

A pretrial hearing for James Ramey was held in a Fulton County courtroom. Ramey faces two counts of murder and a list of other charges. He is accused of killing Amanda Mangas, 23, Delta, and then leaving the area with the couple’s then 10-month-old son, Winston Ramey. He was taken into custody later that day.
