Randy S. Langenderfer, age 64, of Bryan, Ohio, died at 8:50 A.M. on Saturday, March 8, 2014, at Franklin Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. Randy had worked at Young Spring & Wire until his retirement. He was a 1967 graduate of Fayette High School and a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War, serving from 1969 until 1971.
Born April 22, 1949, in Wauseon, Ohio, Randy was the son of Jacob S. and Betty (Huser) Langenderfer. On March 2, 1974, Randy married Laura Lynn Merillat in Fayette, and she survives. He is also survived by his son, Troy (Sarah) Langenderfer, of Bryan; grandchildren, Bryanna, Blayze and Maddox Langenderfer, all of Bryan; sisters, Cheryl Jones and Denise Starkey, both of Florida; a sister, Kimberly Brazenor and a brother, Brett Langenderfer, both of California. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Services for Randy will be private. Krill Funeral Service, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan has been entrusted with the arrangements.
