Charles Raynor of Bryan pleads guilty to sexual battery charges in a Williams County courtroom. Prosecutors say Raynor, who was indicted in March, had sex with a female he was the guardian of. It’s just one of several cases he and his family are involved in. Raynor has a court date on another case this week.
