Resignations submitted by two adminstrators at Tuesday’s Paulding Exempted Village Board of Education meeting

Superintendent Bill Hanak and treasurer/CFO Maria Rellinger resigned from their respective positions at Tuesday’s Paulding Exempted Village Board of Education meeting, effective July 31, with both citing new opportunities as the reason to step away from their current positions. Hanak, who has served the Paulding district since 2013, was hired Tuesday evening as the new superintendent at North Central Local Schools in Pioneer. He will replace Ken Boyer, who announced his retirement in February. Boyer will step down July 31 after 11 years as superintendent at North Central.
