A Paulding County grand jury indicts a rural Oakwood man for shooting and killing his brother. Donald Richcreek is charged with murder in the shooting death of Anthony Richcreek. Deputies were called to a County Road 187 location in Oakwood, on Aug. 10 for a report of a drive-by shooting. Investigators discovered there had been no drive-by shooting, and allege that Richcreek shot his brother in the chest with a shotgun.
