Police find a car that had rolled several times in a ditch along the the northbound lanes of I-69 in DeKalb County. Travis Ballard was not with the vehicle. Officials say he was already at a Fort Wayne hospital with injuries in the crash. Apparently, Ballard lost control when he overcorrected after hitting the rumble strip.
