Ruth Drosky, 86

Ruth A. Drosky, age 86, of Bryan, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2015, at 5:53 P.M. at Dream Haven Assisted Living, where she was a resident.

Ruth was born on May 1, 1929, in Brooklyn, New York, the daughter of George A. and Edna A. (Wetzilberger) Meffert. She married William Drosky in New York on January 20, 1951, and he preceded her in death on May 2, 2011. Ruth worked as an office manager at Dynation Corporation in Little Falls, New Jersey, for many years and then moved to Bryan in 1991.

Survivors include two daughters, Kathy Drosky, of Montpelier, and Nancy A. (Cecil) Gills, of Peyson, Arizona, two grandchildren, James J. (Melissa) Phelan, of Bayonne, New Jersey, and Megan Beth (Deidre Galloway) Phelan, of Denver, Colorado. Preceding her in death in addition to her husband were her parents, and one sister, Edna Meyer.

There will no services held at this time and private interment will be made at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Services have been entrusted to Krill Funeral Service, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, Ohio.
