A traffic stop on the Toll Road in Steuben County results in a marijuana bust. Marcos Ramos-Jube of Kearny, NJ, with his two passengers, Nicholas Ferrara and Steven Dipietro, were arrested on preliminary charges of possession of marijuana. All three men were transported to the Steuben County lockup.
