School Threat Update

New charges are filed in Williams County, this against a second Hilltop High School student, following a threat made to the school last month. Officials say the suspect is a 16-year old former student in the Millcreek-West Unity School District. The individual had withdrawn from school prior to the incident, so no school action is pending. The student allegedly made a threat causing panic before class back on Feb. 23.
