A tanker truck rolls over at the I-69 southbound entry ramp at exit 350 in Steuben County. Rescue crews had to extricate the driver. The tanker was carrying a milk product, and no hazardous materials were involved. The ramp was closed for extended period of time. The investigation into the crash continues.
