SEMI CRASH ON INTERSTATE FRIDAY NIGHT

A man was air­lifted for help after being trapped in a semi for two hours fol­low­ing a rollover crash Fri­day night on I-69.

The Steuben County Sheriff’s Depart­ment reports that 51 year old Ronald Car­riveau of Michi­gan, was dri­ving when the semi crashed into the median and hit a cable bar­rier before rolling over.

When crews arrived at the scene, they found Car­riveau trapped in the vehi­cle.

The Steuben County Humane Shel­ter also responded after reports of a dog inside the semi. Accord­ing to police, the dog was uninjured.
