Senator Brown makes stop in Defiance

U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown made a stop in Defiance on Tuesday, meeting with bankers and lenders at Defiance College’s Serrick Center to discuss various topics, including making sure that small businesses can receive financing to help their businesses grow.
Brown said he is in line to be chairman of the Senate banking committee next year, if Democrats take the Senate back in November from Republicans.
