One person is in critical condition after his motorcycle hits and kills a deer on County Road 22. A. James Beltz of Bryan, was riding south when he struck the deer a half mile south of U.S. 6. He was thrown from the bike. Officials add he was not wearing a helmet. Beltz was taken to a Toledo area hospital.
