Williams County Emergency Management Agency Director Dawn Baldwin said those tests are usually conducted at 11 a.m. on the first Monday of every month, but because of the state’s Weather Awareness Week, it will be conducted today. she added every outdoor siren in Ohio is scheduled to sound at 9:50 a.m.
