Sharon Ludwig, 74

Sharon K. Ludwig, age 74, of Bryan, Ohio, died at 11:25 A.M. on Monday, March 24, 2014, shortly after admittance to Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers, Bryan, after an extended illness. A 1958 graduate of Bryan High School, Sharon went on to a 50-year career at The Bryan Times, retiring as a bookkeeper and previously worked in advertising and as an executive secretary. She was a founding member of Cancer Assistance for Williams County. Her memberships included the Bryan Businesswomen’s Club and she served as a volunteer with the Williams County Fair Board for many years.

Sharon K. Ludwig was born on March 15, 1940, in Sherwood, Ohio, the daughter of Kenneth and Gayle (Sherwood) Ayers. She married Leonard Ludwig on April 4, 1959, in Bryan, Ohio, and he survives.

Survivors also include one son, Jim (Chris) Ludwig, of Maumee, Ohio, and two grandchildren, Alan (Amanda) Ludwig, of Evansport, Ohio, and Paige Ludwig, also of Maumee.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 27, from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan. Services will be held on Friday, March 28, 2014, at 1:30 P.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, Bryan, with Pastor James Wicker officiating. Interment will follow in Brown Cemetery, Bryan.
