Sightings but no luck in finding murder suspect

The man wanted in the death of Hannah Fischer has not been seen, though Williams County residents are calling in sightings of Frank Tracy to the Sheriff’s Department. Three sightings were called in recently and determined not to be the 47-year-old suspect. Fischer was killed in Montpelier in February. The 21-year-old lived with Tracy on W. Perry Street. Anyone with information about Tracy or the murder is urged to call the Sheriff’s Department.
