Slabaugh Faces Charges

An Angola man faces a felony charge and several misdemeanor charges after leading police on a motorcycle pursuit, in Steuben County. When officers arrived, they learned that 48-year-old James Slabaugh II was reportedly on the property in violation of a protective order…at a County Road W location. Then the chase…it didn’t last long…he crashed just south of Binkley Road. Slabaugh is being held without bond pending an initial court appearance.
