Some Funny Money Is Circulating

Napoleon Police report a num­ber of com­plaints recently con­cern­ing coun­ter­feit cur­rency in Napoleon.

Most of the funny money has so far been reported in the form of $20 bills, and police say each of the iden­ti­fied bills has had sim­i­lar or iden­ti­cal ser­ial num­bers. Police also say how­ever, some fake money with dif­fer­ent ser­ial num­bers may have also been passed.

Police are look­ing for at least one sus­pect. They say he is a white male in his 30’s with a thin build, and short brown hair.

He is dri­ving a sil­ver or grey full size four door car, which appears to be miss­ing the pas­sen­ger side front hub cap and the gas cap door.
