Spa owner, 76, charged with promoting prostitution

Police arrested a 76-year-old woman in Kendallville for promoting prostitution at the health spa she owns. The woman is Yie Sun Kim Tolley, who owns the Kendallville Health Spa on West North St. One of her employees was arrested last month for prostitution which launched an undercover investigation into the woman’s business. She’s charged with promoting prostitution, corrupt business influence, tax evasion and theft. She was arrested and has bonded out of Noble County Jail.
