An Indiana man is arrested in Continental on felony warrants and charged with being a fugitive from justice. Robert Spath of Huntington was found in a residence on North Main Street. Following a one-hour negotiation…with three children inside, officers got in…finding Spath hiding in a bedroom. No one was injured, no weapons were found. Spath was taken to the Putnam County lockup.
