A Pioneer man is in jail after officials say he stabbed a person and stole a vehicle at Lake Seneca before leading authorities on a chase, both by vehicle and on foot. Williams County deputies were dispatched to Seneca Drive. Authorities found a stabbing took place, although the victim did not wish to cooperate with the investigation. Robert Poppe, 34, of Pioneer, was a suspect in the incident, along with the theft of an SUV from the Lake Seneca residence. Poppe faces several charges.
